WHAT IS IT
Psychedelics are simply drugs that alter a person’s perception of reality; inviting a shift in a person’s thoughts and feelings.
Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (PAP) is using a plant or plant-like medicine (e.g., ketamine, psilocybin, mdma, etc), alongside psychotherapy, in a professionally monitored environment with the hopes of creating rapid and long-lasting psychological and/or behavioral shifts in people suffering from or experiencing treatment resistant depression, complex attachment wounds, maladaptive thought patters/behaviors, PTSD, or other persistent barriers.
Many studies show that including psychedelic medicines with psychotherapy can provide vivid new information to clients and enable them to approach memories and feelings previously unable to access and/or process.

set, setting, intention
In working with psychedelic medicine, coming in with an open mindset, knowing where you will be and who’s in the room with you, and having an intention can be helpful. An intention can be described as the hope or desired outcome. This can be done with an affirmation statement, a goal, or a word that represents what you would like to have happen.
costs
The type of plant or plant-like medicine used, as well as the duration is factored into the costs.
We start with an information session (20-min free consultation).
Possible costs:
$250 - Nurse Practitioner medical clearance (ketamine only)
$185 - Assessment and Prep
$350 - per 2.5 hour Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy session
$750 - 5 hours, medicine included
$950 - 7 hours, medicine included
$1800 - 7 hours, small group of 3, medicine included
$165 - Additional prep session
A 60-minute integration sessions is included. Additional integration sessions can be added.
